All New! Glenn Ferguson Caricature Workshop

Master Caricature artist Glenn Ferguson is
considered one of the top caricature artists in the
world. Over the past six years alone, Glenn has
won an amazing thirty three Annual Convention
awards with the International Society of Caricature
Artists (ISCA) .  His list of awards is long, but his
dedicated strive for success and excellence has
awarded him some of the most coveted awards
including "Caricature of the Year", multiple "Studio
Piece of the Year" awards, lots of "Guest of Honor"
awards, and most recently, the organization's
highest award, the prestigious "Golden Nosey
Award", naming him the Caricature Artist of the
Year for 2009.

  Glenn currently is the manager of the caricature
concessions at Universal Studios and Islands of
Adventure in Orlando, Florida. Glenn began his
professional art career working with Fasen Arts, a
national retail caricature art company in 1994.

Over the years he has had International recognition,
published in books and magazines, and studied
and been invited to Master artist's workshops.
Glenn is currently the Vice President of the Inter-
national Society of Caricature Artists (ISCA).

In this workshop, Glenn will work one on one with
you to show you how to visually understand and
exaggerate faces, mathematically understand how
and what to "stretch" in your drawings, and positive
techniques that are proven to give your artwork more impact. He will demonstrate how to see and study facial anatomy and recognition, convey and interpret exaggeration, and how to perfectly execute amazing caricatures of elaborate and astonishing rendering and detail, along with undeniable likeness and recognition. He will go through the importance and mastery of line quality, composition, and structural integrity. Glenn will also show you how to properly control and render other necessary features...clothing, accessories, and bodies. All of these lessons will teach the necessary qualities needed to create impressive, jaw-dropping, and memorable caricatures.

This workshop is held in a non-intimidating studio environment with both the novice and veteran artist in mind. No previous airbrushing experience is necessary.

All materials and reference will be supplied in our new facility, which features color corrected lighting and a state of the art air filtration system.
